COMMUNICATION IS KEY

The most important key to a successful project is COMMUNICATION! We want your designs to reflect your personality and be EXACTLY what you want and how you want it while keeping the best design standards in mind. No better way to achieve this other than working closely with you. Communication can be done through the channel of your choice, however ‘EMAIL’ is very important and your availability is very essential throughout your project dates. The team and Jennifer will always be available via email during normal business hours.

BOOK A CALL OR SCHEDULE MEETUP

Setting an appointment with Jennifer is easy! You can book a free discovery call to see if you and Jen are a great fit to work on your project together. When things go as planned with the call, we will send you a formal proposal with a contract and deposit invoice. You can book a call or message Jennifer on this link HERE!

DEADLINES & RESPONSIBILITIES

With each project Jennifer will outline client related tasks and a deadline to complete it. This homework will include providing Jennifer and the team with the content and images for your website. If you, the CLIENT does not have these materials prepared, we will not start the project.

PAYMENT

We understand that getting a great brand, visually appealing publication layouts, graphic designs or a website done for your business can be a wonderful investment so the total project amount can be paid in two installments. The first payment of 50% is non-refundable deposit that will secure your design start date. The final payment is due on or before the day that we begin your project!

CONTRACT

Yes, the team will provide a contract that must be signed before any projects begin. This will explain in full detail the terms and conditions.

PROOFING & REVISIONS

We have built four major revision rounds into all of our design packages. If the project happens to have four or more revisions there will be an additional charge for each revision (at our discretion) on your final invoice. As a bonus, we will allow edits to your website for up to 72 hours beyond the completion date. If the project goes beyond the completion time,  an hourly service fee will be charge so Jennifer can proceed to examine and change things.

TURNAROUND TIME

Every single project whether it’s graphic design, publication layouts, social media visuals or a website is different, and this is why COMMUNICATION plays a huge role on how long a project is hoing to take.  So we highly require you to be available and accessible throught the project timeline. As soon as the project is booked and scheduled, a GENERAL TIMELINE will be discussed.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to make sure that all our CLIENTS is no doubt, 100% in love with their final project! However, due to the process and time consumed in putting up designs and its nature, no refund or cancellations will be entertained, no matter at what point in the design process. This will include deposits paid for future scheduled work.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

We are always developing and refining our processes and workflow to make sure we are consistently meeting the needs of our clients. You can take a look at the entire process being laid out for you HERE!

WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR A PROJECT?

Obviously it depends on the type of project as well as other factors which includes (but not limited to) revisions, availability of client, email response time, etc… Each project and design varies.

DO YOU DO WEBSITE CREATION ASIDE FROM GRAPHIC DESIGNS AND PUBLICATIONS?

Absolutely, yes! We offer WordPress website designs using DIVI.  Currently we are refining our packages to offer on WordPress projects and thus, we highly prefer to have our clients website to be self-hosted through WordPress.org.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON PRINT SERVICES?

So far Primo Print and MPIX Pro is our top notchers! The quality and turnaround time of these guys rock! Our team and most of our clients print their business cards, posters through Primo Print and people can’t help but smial and be proud on what’s on their hands. However, if your happy with your local printer when we work together we don’t mind that at all.

HOW SOON CAN WE START?

Typically with our current setup, we are usualy booked a week or a month in advance at the time the discovery call took place. It is important to keep this in mind if you want to start a project with us.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Due to the process and nature in putting up designs, no refund or cancellations will be issued, no matter at what point in the design process. If you choose to cancel your design, you will forfeit any amount paid to Jennifer Meim and Company. As much as possible, we see to it that you will absolutely love our work 100%!!!
